Dubai Launches Tourism Loyalty Programme and Online Visit Visa Applications

6 November 2026

Dubai is introducing new initiatives to make travel to the emirate easier and more rewarding. The latest announcements include Dubai Access Club, a loyalty programme for tourists, and the option to apply for visit visas through the official Visit Dubai website.

The initiatives were announced by Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who also serves as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

The aim is to make Dubai a more convenient destination for visitors and help it rank among the world’s top three destinations for business and leisure.

Dubai Access Club

Dubai Access Club will be an invitation-only programme for tourists who keep coming back to the city. Members will get access to exclusive experiences, services and benefits during their visits.

The programme is aimed at making repeat trips to Dubai more rewarding and encouraging visitors to build a stronger connection with the emirate.

Sheikh Hamdan said Dubai would continue to focus on better services, innovation and memorable experiences to strengthen its position as a global tourism destination.

He added that the emirate wants to make Dubai a preferred choice for travellers while improving convenience at every stage of their visit.

Sheikh Hamdan also highlighted tourism’s contribution to Dubai’s economy. The emirate plans to use technology, encourage innovation and strengthen public-private partnerships to attract investment and create more opportunities. All these efforts are part of Dubai’s long-term growth plans under the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33.
