Booking Confirmation

Payments

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Group & Community Trips Cancellation 0-10 days before departure: 100% charges applicable
• Cancellation 10-20 days before departure: 75% charges applicable
• Cancellation 20+ days before departure: 50% charges applicable
• Customized Holidays Cancellation terms depend on hotel, transport, and service provider policies
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges

Changes to Itinerary

Utazzo Holidays may modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Operational requirements
• Government or local restrictions
• Reasonable alternatives will be provided where possible. No refund is applicable for unused services.

Traveler Responsibilities By booking with Utazzo Holidays, you agree to:

• Carry valid travel documents (passport, ID, visas if required)
• Follow all local laws and travel guidelines
• Maintain discipline during group or community trips
• Respect fellow travelers and trip coordinators
• Utazzo Holidays reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the trip experience.

All content on Utazzo Holidays platforms including logos, images, text, and design is owned by Utazzo Holidays. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Services

• Remove participants from trips in case of violation of these Terms or misconduct.
